    Please also consider your video adapter's memory (Video card/Graphics). I've encountered this kind of problem when I tried playing a high bitrate video on a slow computer, having only 8MB of video graphics memory.

    Go to Start > Run > type DXDIAG and hit enter. Check your video adapater specs from there.

    32MB of video memory should be able to play this video clip just fine.
